INGREDIENTS

Maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose, citric acid, creatine, L-taurine, tri-potassium citrate, lemon flavour, L-tyrosine, lime flavour, pineapple flavour, magnesium sulphate, di potassium phosphate, salt, caffeine, calcium carbonate, guarana, L-arginine, vitamin C, *aspartame, riboflavin, vitamin B6, thiamin. (* a source of phenylalanine).

SUGGESTED USE

Mix 50g (one and a half level scoops), with approx 250ml of water (cold or warm). Stir or shake vigorously to mix and take 20 minutes before training. Alternatively sip small amounts during workout or event.
